1. License Grant
Subject to these terms, Elysium Medical EDC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal clinical trial operations during your subscription period.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
- Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Platform to third parties
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Platform to develop a competing product
3. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its code, design, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Elysium Medical EDC. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Platform during your subscription. These are governed by the same terms unless accompanied by a separate agreement.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
